Élana Gilmore
Ms. Gilmore's favorite part of her job is interacting with the students. They teach her something new every day. Before becoming vice principal of student affairs, she worked as a science teacher at the school from 2004 - 2013.
Ms. Gilmore, who was raised in Largo, Maryland, earned a B.S. in Biology from Mount Saint Mary's University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
She is the proud mother of two children. Her eldest child graduated from Carroll in 2013.
