Dear Parent/ Guardian,

Thank you for signing up for Lion for a Day and we are so excited to host your child here at Archbishop Carroll High School. The following is some information that may be helpful when planning your Lion for a Day visit.

Please confirm your date request upon recieiving a Google Calendar Invitation from our Admissions Associate, Nancy Salmeron. This is crucial to lock in your selected date. Once all slots have been filled for a specific date, she will reach out to you with other avaliable slots.

Visitation Times: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Transportation: Students must make their own transportation arrangements (unless coming with your grade school group).
Dress Code: Students are asked to be dressed neatly; we prefer no jeans or sneakers, and no mid-drift or cut-off shirts. Grade school uniforms are fine for those that attend schools in which you wear uniforms.
Lunch: Lunch is provided for all guests free of charge.
Student Ambassadors: If a student would like a specific student ambassador, the student should request that at the time they set up their Lion-for-a-Day visit. We will do everything possible to honor the student’s request. If you do not have a specific guide in mind, but would like to be placed with someone in one of Archbishop Carroll High School’s nationally recognized academic programs – Jim Vance Media Program, PLTW Engineering Program or honors/advanced level academic programs, please let us know that as well. This way, we can better fulfill your needs and expectations.
