The Meet and Greet provided an opportunity for Academic Mentor Coaches and students to become acquainted with each other before being matched for a year-long partnership. Members of the Order of Malta, a Catholic service organization, have provided volunteers for the program. Their support to the students is invaluable and enhances the growth they mutually experience. Carroll alumni also participate in the program by conducting workshops for the students on various topics that support the goals of the program. In the past, Sanya Arias '09 and Darryl Butler '92 have given their time to teach about motivation, networking and effective communication. This year Sanya will return along with the other alum to share the wealth of their experience with up and coming Carroll Lions.
