Admissions Supporting Documents

There are several admissions documents that need to be submitted with your admissions application in order for your application to be considered complete. We have several templates that can assist in obtaining these documents:

SPECIAL NOTE: If your student attends an Archdiocesan school (Catholic school), you do NOT need to submit these documents. However, you MUST inform your school that you are applying to our school. They will make sure we receive all the necessary documentation for your student.
