Charlene Howard

Ms. Howard first graced the halls of Carroll in 1974, when she was in the school's theatrical production of Camelot!

Prior to working at Carroll, she held positions as a branch supervisor at the DC Association for Retarded Citizens (now ARC of DC) and as a principal/ teacher at St. Francis DeSales Catholic School.

Ms. Howard earned a B.A. in Elementary Education with a specialization in Special Education from Boston College and an M.A. in Catechetics from Catholic University. She also holds a degree as a Certified Master Catechist from the Institute for Black Catholic Studies at Xavier University.
