AGREEMENT: We agree to the policies of ACHS that any student whose account has not been paid in accordance with the required payment options will not be permitted to re-register, to attend classes or take semester or year end examinations or to receive a diploma. We also understand that official transcripts of the student will not be released unless all financial obligations have been met at ACHS. If legal action is required to collect any outstanding amounts due under this agreement, we agree that ACHS shall be entitled to recover from us, in addition to such amounts, all collection costs including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and court costs. We also understand that any unpaid balance of overdue tuition will accrue a fee of 1.5% per month and that there will be a charge of $30.00 for returned checks. Additionally, I have received the Financial Payment Plans and Policies Brochure and agree to the terms indicated.
